In the past I was very hostile against most common energetic healing systems, like for example Reiki.

The mainly reasons were that some of them got created by darks on tricky dark intends, or others got hijacked and polluted by darks.

well i thought they have some positive effects on their own but if you really have to know how to use such energies then it might be a bit useless to download them as "unknowing" person.
